If you really want a beer made with lobster, may I suggest this fine Maine brew...

Maine is famous for its lobsters, and the state has a number of good breweries, too. So in an attempt to provide the best of both worlds, Portland's Oxbow Brewing Company has come up with a beer that is made with live lobsters and sea salt, reports the Associated Press.

The beer, a 4.5 abv saison, is a limited edition brew and available at Oxbow's taproom. Brewmaster Tim Adams told the AP the lobsters were placed in a mesh bag and suspended in a kettle full of boiling wort during the brewing process. Fortunately, Adams and his team don't believe in waste, and they ate the lobster meat that was left over. (Of all the possible byproducts from the brewing process, tasty boiled lobster must rank pretty high on the list.)

Is that the same company that used to be in Rhode Island? I thought they went under years ago.
