Jenny just got off the phone with a solar panel installer from Costco.
Around 15 panels for a little over $23,000. Add NJ incentive and she says a little over $16,000. 10 year finance @ 2.9. We can now sell back unused power for 15 years and not 10 like it used to be.

Told her to do it and I would put $5000 down to cut monthly cost.

Was trying to save that cash for a Yamaha F350 and a new 150g gas tank for the boat.

Bunch of people in my neighborhood have it. Not sure if it’s worth it.

Jenny's refinanced our home loans.
Had 22 years left on main which was variable and second was about to be amoritized this year and we were worried about it.
Consolidated, 20years @ 3.5. Should reduce our payments quite a bit. ?

Gonna do the Solar panels next week after we sign the new mortgage.
