The whole group was here and they talked me into making "football snacks". Texas breading / batter mix on fresh chicken fingers, breaded pickles, calamari, and fried corn balls. Melted butter for corn red sauce for calamari, remoulade sauce for the pickles and spicy chipotle chili aioli for the chicken. Stuffed now. Broiled fish, chicken and salad for 5 days!
