Honestly anyone can roll the dice and setup shop on the street. No one is enforcing anything as you know. When I worked up in Washington heights I felt like I was at an outdoor bazar in Calcutta.

You have to get the deli cheese sliced at the counter, only cheese to get! None of that cheese "product" thats wrapped

He should get the vegan cheese at Wholefoods for $37.88 a pound. It’s made from nut juice.
