More than a 25% increase on families who are struggling to get by. A "tax" so to say, (but not a tax, I know) on the most vulnerable.

Interesting when your son says" Dad, can you believe how much it cost to fill the tank today". High school senior finishing classes, hustling to make a dime and now his overhead went up probably closer to 30% now. Cannot explain it here but you can imagine the conversation we had.

I haven't kept up on crude oil futures, I'd imagine their running up for several reasons.

Yes they are. And it is a complicated market. BUT Bottom line - I was paying much less for a while, now much more!! And at the end of the day, it affects my family.

More people are driving to WORK again since November. Gasoline is supply and demand. Oil the same thing....very cold weather...refineries getting whacked in Texas. An energy ETF I bought on 10/23/20 has made enough to pay my gasoline for ten years.....if the economy is full blown balls to the walls by May/June expect 3.00 after memorial day....it's just the way it works!!

Country going back to the dark days of DEPENDENCE instead of the INDEPENDENCE we were beginning to enjoy.
