I love mushrooms for the flavor they absorb. Something simple like chicken marsala is nothing without them. Same for pork butt when slicing instead of pulling.

one I saw declare it was bone broth - see the words "Chicken Stock"?

Replace that with Chicken Bone Broth - Not Chicken Stock. Maybe it's the same crap with different graphics but what I saw was not stock - but bones. Didn't have my glasses with me. Was just sorta scanning as I was walking down the aisle. The only way I would have noticed it was because the words Chicken Bone Broth were in graphics that size.
