They look great!! I have not made my own in a bit. Although I put them in a paper bag to "sweat" the skin off, I never blacken them enough so the skin becomes a job!!

Red Peppers, I never needed to do the paper bag thing... i most always let em kool down just in that glass bowl is good enough... remove the char under running water, easy peasy... slice Juile Anne, "tiny bits garlic", VG olive oil, S&P... "Bon Apettie" cellfish...
