Started with my wife’s homemade French onion soup, absolutely delicious ( not too salty)

Fresh from the garden roasted beets seasoned with pink salt& pepper parsley and tarragon. Sautéed rainbow Swiss chard with garlic, and broiled sea bass.
 
Breaded and baked thick pork chop and baked potatoes from yesterday cut and sauteed in olive oil with onions.

Not a fan of the apple sauce, but use a little bit of these. Could not decide so both ended up as dipping sauces.

my wife asked me last night, " do we need anything" i said , yes pick up two heads of Escarole... she comes home wit two heads of Romaine Lettuce... so its not salad time for me now and looked for recipes for Romain Lettuce, "im gonna sautte it later w/ garlic", i let ya know... cellfish...

Grill the halves for a grilled Cesar Salad, very nice. You can to it on a BBQ or in the broiler...
