Grill the halves for a grilled Cesar Salad, very nice. You can to it on a BBQ or in the broiler...my wife asked me last night, " do we need anything" i said , yes pick up two heads of Escarole... she comes home wit two heads of Romaine Lettuce... so its not salad time for me now and looked for recipes for Romain Lettuce, "im gonna sautte it later w/ garlic", i let ya know... cellfish...
