Totally different the no beard policy was in affect before they wanted the job they knew the risk. Being forced to go against your will to keep a job you have had for 10/20 yrs because of a new policy is just wrong IMHO and lots of others guess thats why the medical profession is taking a big hit over this. The FLU shot has been around for a long time and wasnt rushed just saying
