Just found out the deck on the house we are looking at has no CO ?. Meeting with my lawyer on Thursday to discuss things. I'm sure in this market getting a credit will be a stretch since it's still a seller's market.

You running late! I'm on a Double Bucca & Double Busta. Just got back from Boston, which has to be the WORST city in the World that I've ever driven in, and that list includes Rome.

There is NFW mere mortals can drive in that city with the F-d up road patterns, the fact that they're tearing up just about every road and the fact that Boston drivers have to be the world's worst. Add to that list the fact that GPSs have a tough time getting a satellite fix in the middle of town. At one point today, according to my Garmin, I was in the middle of a pond, which was a good 200 yds abeam of me...

Funny story, saw a big red box marked "BFD Key". My immediate thought was NOT Boston Fire Department, but I eventually figured it out after I considered why a key was such a big deal...

nearly impossibler to find your way around - attended my nephew/Godson's graduation from Boston College several years back before the advent of GPS - got lost for hours - give me Manhattan any day of the week
