Seems like there are lots of nasty colds going around. I'm just getting over mine now. Zinc seems to cut it short. It started Friday and it's just about gone tonight.

Mine always take ten days and settle in my lungs, sometimes going into bronchitis which almost ruined our river cruise in 2019

Mine used to take a week to 10 days. Then I started taking zinc tablets every night with all my other meds and found that colds now last only 3 or 4 days.

I'm taking Puritan's Pride Zinc 50mg, once a day. I'm sure brand doesn't matter so you can probably get them at CVS, RiteAid or wherever.

Being that I don’t drink I guess zinc is my go to next time
I do like Fishermans Friend over Halls and use vicks and breathe over steam instead of sinex

Fresh air, viatmins. giant banana strawberry smoothies.....get out of the house ....loose your fear...live your life

It was my attempt at sarcasm. Of course they lived. Wondering which lozenges, cough medicine, fever meds etc worked best.

There's nothing to fear from Covid.............if you are VACCINATED.

Most cases that are ending up in the ICU are unvaccinated.

So while you can piss and moan about masking, distancing, etc.....the threat is still there and a certain level of caution still needs to be taken vaccinated or not.
