Started with crab rangoon made by my daughter. Then on to pan breaded veal, smashed mini potatoes - butter, garlic, cheddar cheese, and slow roasted over wood corn (soaked in salt water for 4 hours).

The family went to Cajun Claws in Patchogue last night. Simple crab legs, shrimp, potato, and corn boil. Added pasta to slop up the sauce!
It was good. Even better spending time with the wife and kids!
