Sauteed Farm Stand Fresh Delcata Squash, Grape Tomates, Diced Radish
Baked Russet Potato with Sour Cream
Glass of Red

Duck spent a little too much time in the oven finshing. Tried to get it to 135* which the internet told me was medium rare. Took it out at 125* because it looked done. Little too done.

Really liking the Celicata Squash. Recent discovery down here at the Market. Unlike other quash - thi is actyually sweet. Tastes like a Sweet Potato & has very thn skin so you don't have to remove it. Comes into eason in December/January & it starts showing up in Farm Stands right about then & into February.
