Yeah, Like I said the other day - haven't had a steak in like six months. Well I'm getting past that.

Grilled Angus Rib Eye with Montreal Steaking Seasoning, some sauteed Red Onion, Mushroom & Radishes (gotta use 'em up) and a dallop of Basil/Parmesan Garlic Butter
Sauteed Perogies (Olive Oil, Garlic, Red Onion, Diced Radishes, Oregano, Mushrooms)
Straight from the Farmer Grilled Asparagus with Lemon/Garlic Vinagrette
Glass of Eastern Shore Red

Nice W, I prepped asparagus the other night like Chevys… rather than steaming or blanching, 1/2 inch cuts sautéed w/ oil and garlic, very good…cellie…
