How do you store your gulp?

I keep mine in leak-proof jars. I recently realized that the Gulp with the juice has just 8 baits in 5" sizes. Once you have enough juice it's better to buy the packs and add them to it.

I keep them inside during the offseason and I'm always ready for spring. Well, I guess it now wait until summer.
 
some have said that the Gulp in the bags are not as catch-worthy as the Gulp Alive in the pint size containers.
Not sure if there is any difference as the vast majority of my fluke and weaks are caught jigging a buck and teaser, both tipped with various Gulps, off the kayak, and I think the action attracts them, and the scent makes them mouth it. 5 weaks today seemed to have no preference for color, the largest took a white curly from a bag, the others a pink Gulp Alive grub. Still having no leaks from the several Plano Liquid Bait containers I use on boat and yak and can open and close them one-handed if I put them up against the gunnel, seat, etc.

Without a doubt, I have seen days when they are active on different colors. According to how hard they're chewing, I find that different colors work better on different stages of the tide. That's my excuse for having wayyyy too many Gulp!

There doesn't seem to be any difference in the packaged or juice jars. Except for the price. You can get 24 for the price of 20 when buying by the pack. Also, there is some Gulp juice in there. I just open them up and pour them in.
 
My solution for the last several years that has ended the Gulp juice spills has been the
Plano Guide 3700 Waterproof Case. I haven’t found a better solution for storage that also packs well too.

I don't use Gulp, but I remember some guys liked to use the Talenti Gelato containers when they finished them.

All good ideas but not for "traditional" kayak paddlers. ( I got bicycles for pedaling in the garage!) I need something I can open and close with one hand. I finally had one that sprang a bit of a leak, but on a yak its like washing away the pee.

no need to bring so much juice along, bring enough bugs for the outing… leave the bulk behind… C22…

$40 and change for a solution to be done with it isn’t bad after years of cycling through containers and spilling juice all over equipment, vehicles, basements, countertops, cloths, etc.

I have spent more $$$ over years tying to solve the gulp storage/Houdini juice escape conundrum than that easily! Leaks, breakage, square peg round hole, etc.

Either way, it works for me. I’ve used it now a couple years with success, and I simply thought it could help somebody without having to go through the same trials and tribulations of testing every container that myself and some others have done. Just a suggestion for the greater cause that’s all.
 
I do use one of those when we take out our tandem, putting phone, keys (and the gps for our secret clamming spot!) in it. the only moisture I have ever seen was condensation ! But having to use two hands to just switch a Gulp while kayak fishing ( I paddle, don't pedal) was simply too difficult.

Ohh, yeah, I wouldn’t bring that on your kayak as I have never on mine, perhaps a smaller model if that. She holds enough to be used as an anchor. Product for personal boat, 6-pack, and head boat for sure, that is our usage.
 
I'm with LowGear. There have been many times when I've tried to save a few bucks and needed to spend more for the right solution. Lep had a link-up with great containers but I can't find them anymore. I spend a lot on Gulp, and I keep them in a cheapo set up.

I keep my unpacked Gulp in 6 Coffee-Mate containers. They have kept them from leaking but it's far from perfect.

Lep turned me onto these some years back and at the time I was very happy he did. Perhaps he still uses them…?

I put a couple seasons on the Snapwares and they worked, but I was a bit rough with them and always look to improve where I can .

They were found on Amazon at the time.
