Eat and drink whatever you want but you must add 50 minutes of aggressive movement yoga finishing with 10 minutes of meditation and breath work….6 days a week.

Wild Blueberries are many times better than farm raised in every way… cellie…
That is a High Brush Blueberry not planted by anyone. Only thing I do is throw some organic fertilizer around its base in the spring. I will trim it back in the fall, the upper branches are coming out of reach.

Blueberryzilla is a High Bush plant. As far as I can figure it is of "wild" lineage, as it was in a wild, marshy area when I bought the land, among some wild cranberry plants. Only thing I do is trim it and dump some organic fertilizer on it in the spring.

I've got a bunch of the Low Bush plants that provide the smaller berries. Unfortunately they're in the woods so they don't get enough light to really pump out the fruit. No worries there, harvesting them is a hands and knees event, or use of a blueberry rake. The commercial operations have huge open fields of them and use mechanical harvesters. They "burn" the fields regularly after harvest to improve the next crop.

Wild blueberry harvesting is one of Maine's Hat Trick of Ass over Head Careers:

Some Maine blueberry trivia:

Blueberries are one of the only natural foods that are truly blue in color. Smaller plant species are known as "low bush blueberries" and the larger species are known as "high bush blueberries".

Blueberries in Maine are “low bush”, also known as wild blueberries. Maine produces 99% of all the wild blueberries in the country, making it the single largest producer of blueberries in the United States.

Native Americans once called them "star berries," because the five points of blueberry blossoms make a star shape. The pale, powder-like protective coating on the skin of blueberries is called "bloom."

Blueberries are a great source of manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin K, and dietary fiber. Blueberries contain anthocyanins and other antioxidants that may have a role in reducing risks of some diseases, including inflammation and cancer

You should ask your doctor to try prescribing a different statin. I react to both Crestor and name brand Lipitor. But oddly, I tolerate all the others including generic Lipitor (Atorvastatin). The Atorvastatin brings my cholesterol down from around 300 to 115 and my LDL from 100 to under 50.

Doc prescribed 20mg of Crestor, caused a rotator cuff shoulder problem wit suggesting survey… I stopped the crestor and my mobility came back in 5 days…

best way to keep the cholesterol down is to Prepare meals and eat the same way as TIGARSHARK…
