Tonight is going to be fresh Tog caught yesterday on a trip with Capt Mike!!

Had a delightful DIY gourmet meal tonight. Every once in a wheel MasterCard & LL Bean get together for a "Priceless" meal. All the ingredients are pre-packaged, and some are even "toss in the oven" to heat. I only had to do two things, mince some chives and coarsely chop a shallot. And, of course, I added a liberal splash of Grey Goose to the "Mocktail".

This Autumn's meal was superb, and even a relatively reasonably priced meal . When I perused tonight's menu below, I realized that they gave me 1lb of crab meat for the crab cakes, and since we were each faced with a 1 lb ribeye, I made an Executive Chef decision of putting the crab cakes off until tomorrow night.

Wasn't in the "Instagram Mode" to photo everything, but here's dessert, which was quite good, and tickled my inner Pisano because it was a ricotta cheesecake...

The crab cakes I didn't make last night, there were 2, 1/2 lb crab cakes!! The price of the entire dinner was only $2.50 more than if I had bought 2, 1/2 lb crab cakes from Maryland when shipping was included!!
