while i was on a cruise , i noticed the bathtub had a “tile molding” along the rim of the tub. which prevented buildup of standing water in the corner rim..

i’m always wiping down the edges of tub after showering,
sorry i didn’t retro to a walk in shower only and exclude the tub… cellie…

Truth! We begrudgingly had one put in, more for expected grandchildren to use while visiting than for resale value. Leaving that up to the kids when we're gone...

Also all toilets are full/extended height as a concession to the older, creaky bones of older age...

After a long thought process, we went with two walk in showers, no tub. Not looking to leave for a bit. And will deal with resale at the appropriate time. Worst case, I’ll keep it upon deciding where I ultimately want to be. I have two children and two nieces who may want it as is.
