bought good olive oil the other day, discounted $3.00… at home expiration september 23… i’m using it first ,gotta check… cellfish…

My daughter had items to take care of on the island so she met me in Manhasset at Toku for dinner.

Crispy rice and tuna
Kobe beef carpaccio

Salmon with Japanese eggplant and Bok choy - the crispy skin made the dish.

Sashimi chef choice.

All was excellent.
