Driving to Hershey Park a couple years ago on 78 in PA we saw an exit sign for Shartlesville
My wife and son declared I should be the mayor of that town and laughed about it non stop the whole trip and ever since.
It never gets old

Humbled by all the concern here, so just letting everyone know I made it out of the mud, and it was a very successful outing. 28 clams, 3 dozen oysters, and a intact tote. Not sure what I'm more excited about, but it's always great to be living on a working waterfront for periodic "boons" of things like totes, lobster crates, etc.

I forgot to mention, also had a full set of China buried along the foundation. I thought maybe we struck it rich. I looked up the china and it was cheap crap from the 50’s.

Probably from a Kosher family that lived there. It the plates were used for a non-Kosher meal, they have to be washed and buried for a period of time before they can be used again...
