I have a sunbrella type canvas with Velcro I wrap my tv in when not in use and bring it indoors for the winter months.

Hi Mike - was just wondering if perhaps they made TV's geared toward outdoor usage similar to speakers for a sound system. Something that resists humidity & such.

Yes they do, but they are almost double the price. And every single person I asked who has an outdoor TV just a regular TV, and has never had an issue. Even the contractor who did the work said the same thing.
