Local damage much worse than thought:

Bell House at the lighthouse missing 2 walls, thanks to huge waves...

Nearest town parking lot now a fishing hole...

Harbor directly east of me on the ocean:

Just went to inspect my dock, no damage thank Poseidon, but a large, dead tree came down and just missed hitting the pier, phew!!

My buddy in Moriches has water over the dock, bulkhead and further. Lots of stuff floating around. Be careful if you are going out today!

Family friend towards north end of Senix creek had water all the way up his yard and into his basement

Guess I was lucky. One of the highest tides I've seen in a while.

A bit floody, but manageable. Wind trying to push the boat onto the dock was the biggest issue.

There was a bonus, free fender, floated as part of the deal.

Coastal flood warning from 7am to 6pm Saturday. Major coastal flooding is expected. 3 ft of inundation. 7am to 2pm for Southern queens first warning was for Nassau and Suffolk
