I'm having issues even finding a woman from Virginia.
Why do they think I wanna meet/get together with girls from Singapore?

Chrome needed to know that you're on the hunt. It might seem to be an advanced email technique, but you could mark them as Spam and they'll go there. Just a clue, don't try to have your email get you off their lists, it's just a validation of a live email address and you'll see more.

On the other hand, if you insist on reading them for the excitement, or visiting sites that would trigger these being sent, then it's on you...
