My wife is in full fledge homemade pizza mode right now
The dough is made and rising in front of the woodstove and shes prepping all the toppings….. shrooms, peppers , onions, sausage, etc
Im sitting on my ass enjoying my cocktail

either supermarket or bakery dough - I've tried to get it from a pizza place but they generally won't sell it to you - best I've gotten was from the Kings Park Bake Shop - when I'm up there I preorder a 1/2 a dozen for pick up when I head back down here

Don't bother with the premade crusts. Not that they're bad - never tried 'em but this is just the way I do it.
