i broiled a steak in the oven today….wife only likes steak BBQ’‘d but she thought it was ok.
did a sweet potato and broccoli with it ,,,,,forgot to take pics was getting work calls and e-mails at end.

COOKED UP SOME BREADED CHICKEN CUTLETS........No sides...my appetite is a shadow of its former self.....maybe 1500 calories a day to maintain this chiseled look
