While I don't know what the F or C meant that you referred to up there - I did find a summary (from the same site):

I'll break it down for you. 'F' means Fail. 'C' means average.

Your southern paradise scores no higher than 'average' in most categories. (amenities, cost of living, weather)

It is below average in schools, weather and employment.

It is above average in no category.

It flat out fails in crime and housing. We have the failing in housing in common, and cost of living is higher here.

When you say "Onancock is safer than 18% of the cities in the United States."
You do realize that's not very good; it means that 82% of cities in the United States are safer

Koz - I asked a simple question - only one person actually answered it..................

I would dispute most of what that site saying with the exception of education & employment based on nearly 6 years of personal experience but it's simply not worth the effort. I would tend to believe that most of the statistics are skewed due to population size. There are only 1300 people living here,

As an example: If it's 37% below the national average in crime - how could it only be safer then 18% of the cities in the US?

Anywho - with my question answered I will trouble ye no more.

On average my monthly bills come to $1000 +/- $200.
