yesterday, bought some very fresh looking MONK Fillets from whole foods, $ 6.75 /lb... started a fish soup for dinner and wife asked what type of fish is this,? i said its Monk Fish, I bought it cause it looked fresh, she said it taste similar to Lobster... she could be finicky with fish dishes... cell...
