I do not recall anyone saying there were no illegals vote. To paraphrase what I recall, is saying any illegals vote was minuscule, and would not have any effect on elections. In a country of 340,000,000 people there will be a few criminals and that’s to be expected. There were probably the same amount or more of U.S. Citizens criminals that cast illegal votes.
