The Paul Pelosi incident may have forced a slight raised eyebrow as he got hammered with what appeared to be a boyfriend and it all went hush real quick.

Chambers of Commerce in those same states will have staggering membership increases. New competent workforces will arrive.

Started during COVID and continues. Folks do not realize the corporate vacancies in NYC now. First hand I have seen businesses leave for these other states. I have also been involved with the consulting side of this getting businesses out of NYS. Also involved moving whole families and entire workforces to other states. Never knew concierge services was in my blood!! lol.

It was already creeping and COVID just floored the accelerator. That's what happens when a population keeps voting for people to spend other people's money on them. The other people pack up and take their money with them. The new mayor is going to push it off a cliff.

I have said this in the past. Folks keep voting for this sick kind of existence, they deserve what they get. I have not heard of any folks missing NYC once they open their eyes to what other parts of the country offer.

Waiting to see “Wall Street” be a designated street in Miami or a more friendly city. Don’t be fooled. Business DOES NOT need NYC. COVID proved it.
