With “affordability” being the word of the month I thought I pass this along. Picked up 2 whole fresh chickens at COSTCO today. Cost about $10. Cut em’ up, throw on the grill with some doctored up with Rays sauce, throw in some broccoli florets cooked in olive oil and garlic, add a giant baked potato cooked in the coals “Mickey” style, coupled with a homemade fresh cucumber salad…….. put all that together and you are living large, with a great dinner for probably less than $10 a meal.
