if I'm drunk and showing signs of being drunk & showing signs of inebriation in my driving (you know - probable cause?)- fine - & if it's actully law enforcement - not a bunch of wannabees with no regard for upholding the law just randomly cornholing drivers to see if they can get a "catch"...They ignore it for DWI checkpoints, they'll ignore it for this too. But I'll bet you think it's okay when they're looking for drunks.
