That is why most folks I know will not buy these, lease only. And really push to get most of the maintenance included in the lease price.

You're financing the depreciation....that's a lot of money as soon as it's driven off the lot.

No ownership, maintenance covered, drive a new ride every three years. Did not say made money sense, although the no maintenance does "give back" what you are talking about.

I leased for 9 years and it made sense for me and I never paid for brakes, tires, or oil changes on any of the three leases. And just when the warranties were up, I handed them back. They were Volvo's and the repairs rates and parts were obscene!

And from what I have heard, Mercedes are the highest cost to maintain.

Plus I did NONE of that work myself.

I like to fish. 8-)

Definitely easier for budgeting after you pay the upfront cap cost reduction.
