I had a Miata they are fun to drive. And they are pretty fast too with 164hp and capable of a 1/4 mile in the 14’s. My Triumph Spitfire had about 65hp and couldn’t get out of its own way.

I like the old stuff better. And I love triumph. My brother has a Triumph GT.

I often think of getting another Spitfire, or maybe a TR6. Only problem would be getting in and out of it, especially the Spitfire.

Sold the Ram 1500 this weekend, which I owned outright having bought for cash 2 1/2 years ago.

Picked up a used 2013 Ford Explorer for $6900. Only 86k original miles. It was a fleet car owned by the Raytheon Corporation. I found the service records in the front seat back pocket.

Mechanically awesome nothing on Carfax, perfect alignment test drove with hands off the wheel, 4 brand new tires, had them replace a headlamp during inspection.
Of course some minor cosmetics with a 13 year old vehicle but all good for me. Did a plate transfer saved on that and insurance went down!!

Pocketed the cash differential from 2 years ago when bought the Ram., which was more than had o lease or financed it. So worked out well.
Very happy.

Yeah, it has the white GPS fleet trackers or whatever on the roof. I wasn't too thrilled about that, but got over it weighing everything else pros and cons. At some point I will see if those can be removed.
