Here's the thing tho. It was fheckin' brilliant. Just Good ol' boy $#it where nobody got hurt and I'll bet everyone had a blast.

I’m guessing they might have had to close the pool.

Back in the 70’s, my mis-spent yout days, I drove down to Ft Lauderdale for Spring break with a few friends. We chartered a boat for a day of offshore fishing. We caught an enormous Barracuda and ended up bringing it back to the motel we were staying at a put it in the pool. When they discovered the fish they had to close the pool for 24 hours.
