Yes , I love them. I have a small griddle type and one just like the one in the picture. Which is brand new and my wife is going to sell.

100% I have two...great for searing steaks then into the oven when not able to use the outdoor bbq/grill

I just wash with hot water, scrub a little if needed and add a thin coat of olive oil when I put it away sometimes

We use this pan for bacon several times a week,

Learned to not clean with soap and water regularly since it will eventually rust.

The cleaning process is called “seasoning’
After cooking with the pan we place a small amount of olive oil on the pan and wipe it down with a paper towel till dry. Sometimes if I know we will be using again soon I will just wipe it down with the bacon grease. Sometimes if not going to be used for a long time I will use light soap amd water and dry really well amd then put the oil again.

It’s a great pan and always out on the stove.
