Easier to toss a video then explain. Loosen a spark plug so it losses compression and see if it cranks and starts.

doesent matter they sit on a shelf discharging unless you charged it and checked to make sure its fully charged

I don’t get it. I just went out and turned the key and it turns over perfectly now
But I discovered a new problem. Last time I used it I kept smelling gas but couldn’t find any evidence of a leak. Well I found out it’s definitely leaking because the fuel tank was bone dry. So that’s my next project I’m just happy that it turns over now
