Two things I learned by moving to the Midwest from NY...

1. The soup we had every holiday with the tiny meatballs and escarole was Italian Wedding Soup. In our house it was "The Soup With Little Meatballs".

2. The drink with all the different boozes in it that we'd call "Iiiiccccceeeeee Tea" was Long Island Ice Tea.
Roccus having dinner in IN on the way to live in IL, "I'll have an ice tea please." Server - "Do you want a Long Island Iced?" "I'm from Long Island, what the hell is a Long Island Ice Tea???"

Just checked in and finally laying down. Drove to NC on 2-1/2hr power nap. After working 10hrs and running around prepping for the trip down. I’m burnt out!!!

So on my way down here i got pulled over in Delaware by state trooper at like 3:00-3:30 in the morning. I elbowed my wife and she was like what were you speeding i said no way. I’m in cruise control?...turns out it’s illegal to drive with your LED light bar on which i wasn’t i was just using it as a high beam sort of and forgot to shut it off. I was polite, asked where we were headed to. Told him outer banks and he even recommend a place to get breakfast at which we did. Simply let me go with be careful.

Have a good time Frank and if you want to go to a fantastic restaurant. Check out Owens in Nags Head. Not sure it’s still there? The crab cakes I tried over 30 years ago were unbeilable. Expensive but it was a treat!
