damn - what caused that?

That 1 x 3/4 tee had a plug in the 3/4 tap and it looked like it was hand tightened and didn’t have rope, dope or tape on it. Looks like after ALL THESE YEARS last night it decided. Let me fuck with them and ruin there night and come loose.

I rent. So the landlord does have insurance. Waiting on them to come assess the damages.

Don't think their insurance will cover damage to your property if damaged, I believe you need Renters Insurance for that.

Correct. I don’t have any major losses. Think my air fryer and coffee machine. That’s it. But my landlord is a very nice lady and already offered to replace them if they don’t work.

Well while in the outer banks (8-1/2hr from NYC) we ate there from Kill Devil Hills it’s next town over Nags Head.
It’s NYC seafood restaurant prices. But everything is fresh no mistaking that for sure.
