Pan Seared Sirloin again, had the steak wrapped with paper towels since yesterday, seems to make a better crust... cellie...

da paper towel helped dry out the very moist sirloin... canola oil, S&P on a hot cast iron skillet gave it a very good crust, “ butchers secret “... cellie...
