My Mom used to make steak & kidney Pie for my Dad about once a week too. I hated it when I was a kid, I enjoy it now.My Mom used to make liver once a month or so by simply frying in a cast iron frying pan. Can’t say it was my favorite.God Bless her she was Irish.

That’s a great idea! Every time I make fish my wife complains about the smell.BV, it’s my backyard stove, use it when I know I’m gonna make a lot of stinky smoke; hamburgers, salmon cakes, steak, fried calamari... pretty handy item, $65.00 Costco... cellie...
