Depends on "How You Measure Success"? If it's measured by straight number of posts, yeah his is the most successful, but if you were to subtract his posts from it, it would be a dismal result. AAMOF if you took the top 3 posters out of that thread, I daresay you'd be lucky to have 1K posts remaining. Regardless the 5K posts only yielded a paltry 72K hits, a 14.4 hit to post ratio, which translates to "Who Cares?"

Don't forget that HITS, not POSTS are the ultimate measure of a website's success. Look at the Good Morning Thread, 4K posts, but 108K hits so a 27 to 1, Hit to Post Ratio, Never Ending chat is a 27.7 ratio too. Funny Pics is 43 to 1. These are MORE successful posts.

So no Sir, it's NOT the most successful topic!! Don't ever use BS stats when there's a scientist in the house...
