the "What are you doing NOW" thread (part deux)

Making french onion soup ...... needed beef broth so went to meat farms and it was crowded. Pulled out and tried Uncle G's. Same thing. I guess maybe a rainy afternoon with nothing to do. Pulled out of G's and ended up at stop and shop which wasn't too bad. Anyway, the soup is simmering!

seems to be like that everywhere these days

just got back in from killing moles.......................

I looked out in the backyard checking on Max. I saw him at the base of this tree digging up the Irises.

When I went over to stop him I saw what he was after. There was a nest just under the Iris of moles. Got him inside & took care of the moles with a pitch fork.

Lovely way to start the day.................

:cautious:

The Iris bed?
Totaled........................
They will recover ??

on hold with Norton & Bank of America - seems my credit card number was stolen along with some identity stuff

Started with two charges made today at Amazon totaling just over $2000 - BOA got that one & alerted me. Card locked down.
Then I got an "Order Conformation" from Amazon for the one charge that went through. Asshole that hacked it used my email address. So I've got his mailing address & name. The disconcerting thing was that he had my email address & phone number.

I don't know what else he got hence my sitting on hold with Norton. My Norton subscription came with LifeLock. meaning things like my credit card #, email & phone numbers are not supposed to be able to be stolen. Don't know what else he got.

Guess...all my fishing buddies are on lock down... pfffft I go to work...I wash the boat!!!

Have you reported it to the appropriate law enforcement or was the bastard a foreigner ?

Notified VISA, LifeLock & Bank of America that I know who did it as I received his order confirmation (used my address for Billing & his for Shipping). None were interested in pursuing him. Said I would have to go to local law enforcement (in North Carolina - that was his address).

Gonna check with my local PD for advice. Try to find put if I register the complaint with them - could they forward or take up with NC PD.

He also got my home address, all credit card information (expiration date, CVV number, card #, etc.).
I'd really like to string him up.

All passwords on the account have been changed & a new CC issued by Bank of America.

I just don't know what else he may have gotten. LifeLock is running an investigation on that.
