I've seen a few recipes that involve cheese & seafood..
 
Yeah ...... I'm with wader on this one. If you can look past the Italian stigma of no cheese on seafood ....... and pair the right cheese to the fish or shellfish, the combo can work really well together.

take a look at the link I posted two or three replies up - they discuss the whole stigma thing & actually have several Italian recipes that do call for cheese........

Granted cheese & seafood is primarily a French thing - but - hey - I eat what I like.
 
Then again you'd never eat at Babbo.

Well prior to this I never heard of it - so in that case - yeah I'd never eat at Babbo because I never heard of it.

So WHY do you say I'd never eat there?

And it is an Italian place - so the cheese would probably be already on the table.

Just took a look at their menu - looks good. Maybe next time in NYC & looking.
 
She didn't buy it. She said Amazon would be better. I don't think she's sold on it.

Same here, Mary not sure if its her type of prepared foods.
We can be a bit old school with how food is cooked at Home.

As for the pics, I do that all the time.
Hallf way through I think,,,,,oh well.
