the "What are you doing NOW" thread (part deux)

I have some dog food left but just placed an order on Chewy.com. Takes 7-10 business days to receive they said. I have enough to last until then, but I had a $25 off and signed up for the subscription and saved an additional $20. $105 worth of stuff for $55 including shipping and tax. I’ll give it a whirl and report back for all the pet owners.

I'm in the same boat. I buy Max's food from the Vet (prescription food to prevent stones - required an operation once to get 'em out - $500). Wasn't looking for dog food - just a box of Milk Bones to keep him happy when I noticed how empty the shelves were becoming in the pet aisle.

Got the last of about 4 boxes of Milk Bones that were there & then looked down the aisle. Hardly any dog or cat food to be seen.

It's amazing how this is affecting Supply Chains on everything it seems.

I find it interesting how certain areas of the country are behind where NYC & the burbs are.

Spoke to someone at work yesterday down in Atlanta. They said they’re continuing to work with some of there customers even though it’s so dire down there. They have 1200 cases and 500 deaths throughout the entire state. I was like are you kidding me?

33 in my county (Accomack)
5 in the only other county on the Shore just south of me Northampton

Nice to live in a place that "don't know nuttin 'bout no Corona virus"...

Only 12 cases in our county, 7 of which resolved, 4 hospitalizations and no fatalities. Yup, we don''t know from COVID-19 and that's the scary part. Few people can see the evil that's lurking in this disease...

I have the dog food, milkbones, and snaugages all on autoship for the past 6 months with Chewy. Awesome customer service ! You will like them Benny. My last order was two days late because they have been overwhelmed by the number of new orders.

Didn’t clean the garage. Wasn’t in the mood. I am however looking forward to dinner. We ordered from a local Italian place that is a little fancy. 20% off and a free decent bottle of wine.
