Glass of Pinot Noir which I understand loosely translates from the French as "Peanuts of the Night"

Thai Pulled Pork Sandwich!!
Red Curry rubbed Pork slow cooked overnight and then combined with a slightly spicy Thai sauce which includes Ginger, Lime Leaf, Cilantro, Garlic and Shallots served on Brioche and topped with a Yuzu Ponzu Fresh slaw with hints of Mint and Basil. Served with Truffle Oil Fries.
