Anything I would normally use mustard with.
Bratwurst, corned beef, frankfurters, mix a little into scrambled eggs, little on top of a burger, etc.

This is what I've been buying. Grown & processed by a local farmer here in Parksley, Virginia (2 towns over) Van Dessel's Farm .

Good Stuff. Pick it up at the Market when in need . Nice & Fresh. The jar below has a preparation date on the bottom of the jar of June 4th. Haven't bought supermarket horseradish in a couple of years now.
