    Capt. Linder took the Rio Tercero Log Book to cover up the sinking and then they were going to machine gun the survivors. 37 survivors saw the machine guns come out. It was a miracle the plane arrived when it did and stopped that from happening. Crazy what happened off NY and NJ during the war.

    Read the U202 Interrogation report again- survivors of the SS Rio Tercero saw the name Innsbruck in white letters on the Conning tower of U202 . So they did surface and came real close where they could read that name.
