Just transplanted a Fig tree I started this winter. It was a small cutting from a friend's delicious black fig tree. I'm happy with it's progress and plan to grow it in a container so I don't have to deal with wrapping it. Now I just have to fig-ure out how to move it. It's a really big pot. Fortunately, I have some studs as grandsons.

First time trying to grow one in a pot. I have grown and lost some in the dirt in the past. I used top quality Fox Farm Ocean Forrest as potting soil so I'm good to go for awhile with fertilizer. Thanks for your input Mojoe. I'm thinking about a drip system for my watering. I'm looking forward to the outcome. Believe it or not, I got three delicious figs off of it already. Most of the winter I had it under timed LED grow lights after the first solid leaves. I had my first roots in November and continual growth after that.

Wow Mojoe. Quite the smorgasbord of enhancers. You really got this pot stuff down.

I hope no one finds this photo offensive. It was done completely legal. I have both a medical marijuana card and six plants are now legally allowed to be grown by general public. Moderators, please remove this photo if you feel it should not be on this forum. As a disabled veteran, I believe there is medicinal value to these plants and so do my doctors at the VA. I'm not a pot head. Rare do I ever use marijuana during the day. Also, the VA is getting into far more controversial treatments for PTSD and other injuries. The future is looking bright for reducing the number of suicides by veterans which currently stands at about 17/day.

Mojoe, I too, specialize in getting the most out of a single potted plant.

Had to hit the hanging curve: Getting potted from potted pot sounds GREAT!!!

We thought it was funny, however it's probably not that creative. But I just started my own "pot garden" bect the church was selling plants as a fundraiser....

Those Germainiums are probably five years old and I just can't bring myself to throw them out.

And I got a butt-load of green plum tomatoes that seem to have a problem with ripening.

Updates as events warrant.
