yes, Sirloin is very wet , i wrap overnight in paper towels to help dry out… 2-3 minutes per side , quick… cell…

I started with multigrain bread tortilla chips, ground beef with taco seasoning, refried beans,a layer of cheddar, a layer of queso, tomatoes, onions, Kalamata olives, jalapeño and sour cream.
