Google vowed on Tuesday to offer YouTube accounts that were permanently banned for political speech the ability to be reinstated, and the big tech giant admitted that it once faced pressure from the Biden administration to remove content about COVID-19.

How easily forgotten.

It is right there. The first line.....................

Please, if you’re going to response try and tell the truth and say exactly what resolution 719 was……. Which was…….

This resolution (1) condemns the assassination of Charles "Charlie" James Kirk and all forms of political violence; and (2) honors the life, leadership, and legacy of Charlie Kirk.

The 2nd part is important as IIRC there were 58 no votes as many felt Charlie was a racist. As do millions of other Americans.

They didn’t refuse to condemn the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

What happened was the Republicans want to pass a resolution honoring the "life and legacy" of Charlie Kirk.

That’s much different than what you said. There are a lot of Americans that feel he was a racist, among other things.
They didn’t refuse to condemn the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

No, the 58 was because they did not agree with part 2………. Honoring Charlie’s life and such….

So we can say it this way. Because they took offense to the line "honors the life, leadership, and legacy of Charlie Kirk", they CHOSE to vote AGAINST this resolution which condemned in the strongest possible terms the assassination of Charles ‘‘Charlie’’ James Kirk, and all forms of political violence;

Better?

Just tell the truth the first time rather then lying by omission.
